Everything a school does, in one register.
SuGes is not a report-card generator sitting next to your files. It is the school's register: pupils, staff, marks, fees and official documents live together, and the mark entered on Monday is the one printed on Friday.
The modules
None is sold separately: a school needs all eight.
Pupils and enrolment
Full pupil record, enrolment per school year, class assignment, repeating, transfer. Search works on the name as well as the registration number.
Staff and permissions
Every member of staff has a role, and every role a list of permitted actions. A teacher sees only their courses; a cashier has no access to marks. Nothing is hidden by the interface alone: the server refuses too.
Mark entry
One row per pupil, one column per assessment with its own marking scale. The value copies onto the flap on the right as you type; cells not yet filled are hatched. Enter moves down one row, as in a register.
Computation engine
Averages weighted by coefficient or by credit, positions with ties, subtotals per domain, class profile, standard deviation, pass rate. Sequence → term → annual aggregation, computed down to the leaves.
Documents
Report cards, transcripts and degrees. Every element of the document can be shown, hidden and renamed, per level of study. Print one pupil or the whole class, as a single PDF with one page per pupil.
Fees and cash desk
Fee schedules and instalments, payment at the counter, numbered receipt on the spot, per-pupil schedule, deposit slips.
Audit log
Every document printed, every payment taken and every sensitive change leaves a timestamped, named trace.
Public verification
A document's QR code leads to a public page confirming its authenticity. One changed character in the signature is enough to invalidate it.
Every role has its screen
The four roles below are daily users. None is treated as secondary.
| Role | The real need | What SuGes answers |
|---|---|---|
| Secretary · vice-principal | Enter hundreds of marks without losing track, or losing the work. | One row per pupil, one column per assessment with its own scale. The value entered copies straight onto the carbon flap; cells not yet filled are hatched, visible at a glance. |
| Teacher | Enter marks from a phone, at the end of a sequence. | The entry screens are built for the thumb as much as for the keyboard. A teacher only sees their own courses. |
| Management · proprietor | See where the school stands before the class council. | Averages, positions, class profile and pass rate computed before printing — so that nothing wrong reaches the printer. |
| Cash desk · bursar | Take payment at the counter, with a parent waiting. | The receipt prints immediately, numbered, and the pupil's schedule updates. |
What makes the documents genuinely yours
Configuration bears on the document itself, not on a colour theme.
Documents come out compliant, with nothing to retouch
5 printable templates: nursery, primary, secondary FR and EN, LMD transcript.
A report card is a signed and stamped administrative record. SuGes produces it in your school's own layout — heading, columns, blocks, signatures, footer notes — and not in a generic layout you would then have to fix by hand.
One assessment engine, seven real systems
A single formula, checked against real report cards from seven schools.
Variable marking scales, coefficients, credits, competences, pictograms, frequency scales: all of it is configuration data. Adding a system to SuGes takes no development.
Every school configures its own documents
21 columns, 13 identity fields, 9 blocks and 8 signature areas, all configurable.
Columns, blocks, signatures, wording, official texts: each element can be shown, hidden and renamed — per level of study. Two classes in the same school can print two different documents.
A report card verifies itself, without a phone call to you
HMAC-SHA256 signature, public verification with no account needed.
Every document carries a signed QR code. An employer, a receiving school or a parent scans it and lands on a public page that confirms — or denies — its authenticity. One changed character is enough to invalidate it.
Bilingual from end to end
NYE/AE/ME/AbE and NA/EA/A/A+ · Form One and 6ᵉ.
Anglophone documents are not translated francophone ones: the scales differ, and so does the nomenclature. SuGes carries both sub-systems in their own words — and the interface itself follows the language of whoever is working.
Your data stays yours, and stays separate
Isolation proven by a set of counter-tests at every release.
Each school works in an isolated space. No query crosses a school's boundary — not even for a platform administrator.
The levels and what they impose
A level of study is not a label: it carries its own computation rules, its own grading scale and its own layout.
| Level of study | What it imposes |
|---|---|
| Nursery · pre-school | Domains and activities, pictogram grading, not a single figure printed. |
| Primary | Coded competences, per-assessment marking scales, statistics on every line. |
| Secondary — first cycle | Form 1 to 5 · 6ᵉ to 3ᵉ. Sequences aggregated into terms or trimesters. |
| Secondary — second cycle | Lower and Upper Sixth · 2ⁿᵈᵉ to Terminale. Series and options. |
| Technical and vocational | Workshops, practicals, heavy coefficients on specialty subjects. |
| University — bachelor | Course units and credits, continuous assessment and exam, letter grades and GPA. |
| University — master | Semesters, dissertation, board and defence. |
| Doctorate | Supervision, doctoral seminars, certificates and degrees. |
