An online copy, always up to date
Whenever the internet is available, SuGes automatically sends the changes to its online copy, every fifteen minutes. Management can consult it from anywhere.

You choose your plan
The same plans as online, at their “local edition” price. Once payment is confirmed, everything happens from your customer area.

You install SuGes on the server computer
A single installer: the database, the application, automatic start-up and backups all set themselves up.

You activate the licence
At setup, with internet, management signs in with its suges.online account: your school's data arrives, and the licence is tied to this computer.

The other computers connect
On each computer, the small SuGes Poste program finds the server by itself and puts an icon on the desktop. Phones and tablets on the school Wi-Fi open it in their browser.

What you need
- A computer running Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), switched on during working hours: it becomes the school's server.
- About 1 GB of free disk space.
- A local network, Wi-Fi or cable, to link the other computers.
- An internet connection at setup, then at least once a month: it renews the licence and updates the online copy. It is not needed for day-to-day work.
Paying the licence by card remains specific to the online edition: in the local edition, the licence is renewed by file or through synchronisation.
Secure Backup option
Your daily backups stay on the school computer: theft, fire or a disk failure can take them with it. With the option, an encrypted backup goes to SuGes every day.

Questions about the local edition
What happens if the server computer breaks down?
Your data is not lost: it is in the online copy (as of the last synchronisation) and in the computer's backups. We approve the new computer, you reinstall SuGes on it, and the school starts again from its copy.
Can the same licence be installed at another school?
No. Each licence is signed and tied to the computer on which it was activated. Changing computers is done with us, in a few minutes; the new computer receives the school's online copy.
How is the licence renewed without internet?
It renews itself at every synchronisation: the server computer just needs to connect to the internet at least once a month. With no connection possible at all, we send you a licence file, which management imports from the “Licence” screen.
Can we move from the local edition to the online edition?
Yes. SuGes starts again from your school's online copy: you find your data, and everyone works over the internet again.
Do the other computers need an installation?
A small program, SuGes Poste, with no administrator rights: it finds the server and opens SuGes in its own window. A plain web browser works too.
