Anglophone or Francophone, nursery or university, in Buea, Bamenda, Yaoundé or Douala: SuGes handles enrolment, marks, report cards and fees for your school, in both official languages.
A bilingual school does not have to choose. Classes of the Anglophone subsystem and of the Francophone subsystem live in the same space, each with its own periods, subjects and report cards.
The year is split into sequences grouped into terms, and SuGes computes every average from the marks entered: sequence, term and year, with each subject's coefficient and the pupil's position in class.
In primary school, competency-based assessment uses a four-level scale, ready to use and editable. At university, the LMD system is handled with its course units, credits, grades and weighted average.
Registration fees and fee instalments: every payment is recorded at the cash desk with a receipt, and the payment status shows at any time who is up to date and who still owes.
SuGes runs in the browser, on computers and phones, and mark entry saves as you go: a dropped connection does not lose the work. For a school without a stable connection, the local edition runs on a school computer.
